The Guam Fire Department (GFD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the "contractor" to provide BILLING SERVICES for ambulance transport services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this request for proposal (RFP).

Notices of intent should include company name, physical and mailing address including email, if available, and point of contact (POC). Proposals from companies or individuals that have not registered their intent to participate in the RFP will not be considered for award.

Government of Guam procurement rules require that all potential vendors be notified, and acknowledge receipt of any amendments to RFPs. Amendments will be available from the contact persons identified in the RFP and will also be posted on this website.
